Are you a natural organiser who thrives in busy environments and has a true hands-on mentality? Perfect we’re looking for a brilliant intern to join our Office & Culture Team!

Here’s what you’ll be doing as an Office & Culture intern at Boest

Together with the Office & Culture Manager, you’ll make sure the office looks its best and that a delicious lunch is ready every day. You’re the go-to person when colleagues need something — whether it’s new headsets, office supplies, or anything else. If something runs out, you’re the hero who sorts it out.
You’ll also be the first point of contact for the building owner and suppliers.
On top of that, you’ll play a key role in the Culture Team, helping organise parties and team outings. Got creative ideas? Bring them on you’re not just making it a good party, you’re making it an unforgettable one!

  • A third- or fourth-year student at a university of applied sciences or academic university, studying communication, (digital) media, or marketing.
  • This is a full-time internship of 40 hours per week (5 days). Please note: this is not a graduation or thesis internship.
  • You’re a true go-getter, take initiative, and work efficiently.
  • Coordinating, planning, and organising you were born to do it.
  • You’re attentive and love making sure everything is taken care of down to the last detail for everyone.
  • Your Dutch is on point.
