Verknipt during Amsterdam Dance Event: 6 sold-out editions!

We have been collaborating with the techno concept Verknipt, from 2017. From festivals to the Ziggo Dome, and from boat specials to the Amsterdam Dance Event, we have done it all. Last year, we were also responsible for the online event advertising for their editions during ADE. This was a great success! We can proudly look back on 5 sold-out editions with a total of 22.500 visitors! Check out how we did it!

What is event advertising for festivals?

Founded in 2012, Verknipt has become a household name in the Netherlands and an essential part of the techno scene. From renowned techno DJs to their own residents, who started their careers through Verknipt. Our partnership since 2017 has given us a deep understanding of their target audience, what works and what doesn’t, and most importantly, a world of data.

With this solid foundation of data and insights, we developed a well-thought-out campaign structure. Leveraging our best practices and audience knowledge, we strategically used Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the Google Ads network.

Verknipt’s organic and paid strategies complement each other, maximizing social media channels. Our communication aligns with the target audience, delivering the right message at the right time. For example, someone familiar with Verknipt receives a different ad than someone in Germany interested in a techno concept during the Amsterdam Dance Event. We personalize the funnel based on behavior and interaction with our ads.

In each funnel stage, we use various types of video content and creative assets to guide the prospects towards converting as ticket buyers. Social advertising is enhanced with search engine advertising, ensuring visibility among people actively seeking techno events during ADE.

Our dedication and collaboration with Verknipt during ADE resulted in 5 sold-out editions, 22.500 visitors, and an impressive Return On Ad Spend of 9.80 from our campaigns. We are truly proud of this achievement!
